aspen trees in a field of pine trees that are lit up like popcorn balls in the landscape. Image taken in southern Utah on Cedar Mountain.

Log Transformation

Cedar Mountain, Utah

This image name has a double meaning. When I was working on the edit for this image, I noticed a pattern of how the trees spread from left to right in the image is the same pattern seen in data distributions that can be an issue. To deal with this you perform a log transformation of the data to get it into the proper format. The second meaning is the transformation from summer to fall and how the trees are moving through their yearly transformation. Photo © copyright by Nathan St. Andre.

HD Metal Prints

Log Transformation print

Luxury fine art metal prints are todays standard for presenting fine art landscape photography. They are high quality, durable, and archival making them a great addition for your home. All metal prints come with a float mount and a wire hanger up to 30x45. After 30x45 I switch to a cleat mount system that provides a safer more secure method for your metal print.

If your print is going to be within a room with significant amount of wall space dedicated to windows, I recommend printing your metal print with a matte finish to remove excessive reflection and glare. The quality of the image is still stunning, but the image lacks the reflective surface resulting in a less shiny finish.

Luxury Acrylic Lumacrome

Log Transformation print

The Lumachrome process is engineered to overcome and surpass the limitations of traditional Fujiflex chromagenic processes and inkjet processes. Details appear to emerge in 3D from the depths of the image with the Lumachrome process thanks to the transparency layer that is infused with iridium particles and is encapsulated in a layer suspended between the white poly surface and Acrylic.

Due to the in-depth process of printing, expect up to six weeks before you image is shipped.
