If you are looking for that help, please look to me as a possible source of help in your artistic journey. As a former college professor I come to you with years of educational experience in the classroom.

One On One

These are short sessions (1 hour) designed for individuals, best for single topics and help getting to the next phase of your photography. 

Landscape Photography Practicum

Got a topic you want to spend 4 weeks deep diving on? These courses are designed to really take an individual to an all new level in their photography. More than a one off, but an in depth analysis on a topic and how to apply it. 

Workshops

If you are ready to jump from the digital to the real world come join me on a workshop with Nature Photography Collective. These workshops are designed to be adventurous and intimate.

One On One Sessions $100/hr

One on one sessions take place over zoom or google and last typically for one hour. These sessions generally will allow individuals to share screens, discuss editing, topics and what ever creative questions you have. Before the session begins, please send an email with the desired topics you want to discuss to me so I can properly prepare. The more detail the better. 

During these sessions I recommend taking notes. Depending on which platform we use, you may have access to a recording, but I can tell you right now from years of giving lectures, the students who use their hands in the process of learning retain so much more than just sitting and watching.

I live in Utah and my time zone is MST so plan accordingly. 

Landscape Photography Practicum $400

As a college professor I recognize the benefit of taking a subject and spending more than one hour on it. This is why we have long courses that follow a topic for 16 weeks. Now most people do not have that luxury, but they do have the capacity to set aside a few weeks to focus on a topic. This is where the Landscape Photography Practicum comes in.

The Practicum system uses the following outline. Over the course of 4 one hour sessions we deep dive into a topic of your choosing. As the course progresses there will be assignments, grading, and feedback based upon the needs of the photographer. Think of this as a mini college course. Upon completion you can receive a certificate of completion and get 10% off your next product from St. Andre Photography.

Workshops

I run workshops through Nature Photography Collective. These workshops are a mix of overlanding adventures or hotel based adventures. They often focus on the American West, but may include the Pacific Northwest and the Midwest. Over the next few years the number of workshops will increase and the quality will improve too as we learn and build a better experience.
